Further, TVCNW's decision to delay exercising or enforcing any right or preparation under these Terms shall not make-up a waiver of such right or remedy. Even if TVCNW acts in a way that appears to you to be inconsistent with these Terms, TVCNW's action shall not be understood a waiver or useful alteration of these Terms.

will be deemed severable from these Terms and will neither affect the validity nor the enforceability of any
remaining provisions.
